What is International Direct Dialing?

International Direct Dialing (IDD / ISD) is the facility which will enable a customer to make international calls anywhere in the world.

Is IDD / ISD facility available on my number by default?

No, you need to have it activated.

How can I get IDD / ISD activated on my number?

You need to visit any service centre / franchise of ZonG to get IDD / ISD activated on your postpaid connection. Ownership of the number needs to be correct. You can have it activated via call centre provided there is adequate security deposit against your number.

How much security deposit is required for availing the IDD / ISD facility?

A security deposit of Rs. 600/- is required for the purpose.

What are the charges to make an international call?

Call charges are different for different countries. Please check the IDD tariff sheet or visit ZonG’s website to get call charges for any particular destination.

How can I dial an International Call?

To make an International outgoing call, you need to dial ‘+’ or ‘00” followed by country code, city code and the desired number.
