Flutter Package

  • All new Activations will NOT be charged for first Migration to any Package
  • All new Female Activations migrated to Flutter Package will NOT be charged for Migration i.e. their Migration Count will be considered ZER
  • All new Activations doing 2nd Migration and/or existing Customers Migration to Flutter Package will be charged for Migration Rs. 15+tax 
  • All female customers activating through 789 will be moved to default Flutter Package.
  • Existing Flutter Package customers will send their SMS to SC 369 to activate for the Bundle (in case if they unsubscribe to the Flutter Bundle while staying on Flutter Package).
  • The conventional call charges of Flutter Package will be minute based.
  • Maximum limit of this package is 5 F&F numbers.
  • The selected MSISDNs of F&F through suggestions shall have priority over existing F&F list of the customer.
  • Customers migrating to Flutter package will have their F&F list unchanged for only top 5 F&F.
  • Customers using the Rescue Call balance will be charged as per Flutter Package tariffs.
  • Customers can use the Rescue Call balance for all services other than voice only.
  • The Rescue Call facility will be optional and customers will be asked if they want to avail this facility.
  • The customers can refill their Rescue Call balance as many times as they want at any point of time.
  • The subscription and migration to this package will be FOC i.e. whenever customers want to avail this package they will not bear any charges for package transfer.
  • Customers can subscribe for Happy Hour for as many times as they want in a given day.
  • Free resources will have priority over Happy Hour and F&F i.e. free resources will be utilized first.
  • The Happy Hour charges have priority over F&F charges i.e. charges of Happy Hour will apply to a call to F&F number during Happy Hour.
  • The customers unsubscribing to this package will bear conventional charges for package change except for the customers who came to this package through 789 for the first time (their FOC first package migration will hold).
  • Customers already subscribed to any bundle will be unsubscribed from existing bundle in case if they activate the Women Package.
  • The package will not be legible for Postpaid Customers.
  • LBC customers coming on Flutter Package will not be able to opt for LBC unless they do Package Migration.
  • The package will not be legible for International Roaming.
  • If you're a Flutter Bundle Subscriber only then you are legible for EXTRA 75 On-Net minutes and 500 SMS
  • You can subscribe to EXTRA 75 On-Net minutes and 500 SMS only once in a calendar day
  • You can get Extra 500 SMS only when you've completely consumed your Flutter Bundle's 100 SMS
  • You can request for EXTRA 75 On-Net minutes at any time in a given day irrespective of the consumption of existing Bundle's Free On-Net minutes i.e. there is no restriction of using the Flutter Bundle's existing free resources
  • The validity of EXTRA 75 On-Net minutes and 500 SMS will be till HRS 0000 of the same day
  • The EXTRA subscription for 75 On-Net Minutes will be charged @ Rs. 3+tax
  • The EXTRA subscription for 500 SMS will be charged @ Rs. 2.5+tax

 

Flutter Bundle

  • The Bundle will be automatically activated as soon as you subscribes to the Women's Package.
  • To reactivate the Bundle at any point you can send "Y" or "Sub" to SMS SC 369
  • There will be a 24 hours validity of free resources:
    • Free 90 On-Net minutes
    • Free 100 SMS
    • Free Call Block Facility
    • Flutter Bundle Push SMS
    • Gifts every month of up to Rs. 500,000 through Lucky Draw
    • 1 free Out Going Off-Net minute on receiving 3 minute Off-Net In Coming
  • The free 90 On-Net minutes will be valid for On-Net only; all Off-Net & International calls will be charged as per package plan.
  • Once 90 minutes are consumed within 1 calendar day of activation, you will be charged for next On-Net calls as per Flutter Package.
  • Maximum capacity of SMS is 100 SMS/day. In case if the capacity is exhausted within 24 hours of subscription then customers will be charged for SMS as per package plan.
  • You can subscribe to the daily SMS bundle with 500 SMS if and only if your 100 SMS usage capacity is consumed.
  • The conventional charges of Daily SMS bundle will apply.
  • The 1 minute usage of free Off-Net Outgoing minutes will be accounted for 1 minute or less.
  • 1 Outgoing Off-Net minute will be granted to you only if you receive one or multiple Off-Net calls for minimum 3 minutes.
  • Call Block Facility will be offered on daily basis as a part of the Bundle i.e. if you have subscribed for the Bundle only then call block service will be available for that day.
  • In case you have 15 or more subscriptions in last 30 days, they will be offered Call Block facility Free of Cost for the next 30 days.
  • The Call Block service will not remain in case of Bundle/package termination except for:
    • If you are on Flutter Package
      • AND
    • If you have subscribed to Flutter Bundle for 15 days or more in last 30 days
  • The bundle will be automatically re-subscribed unless you have requested for un-subscription.
  • If you have insufficient balance you will be automatically un-subscribed but will be re-subscribed once you have sufficient balance.
  • Capacity of Call Block Facility will be a maximum of 50 numbers
  • LBC Customers will not be legible for this Bundle.
  • The Bundle will be automatically deactivated in the following cases:
    • If you unsubscribe from default package
    • If you are going on International roaming
  • The validity of all resources (excluding Call Block facility (conditions apply) of Bundle is for one calendar day.

Flutter Gifts

  • There will be 100 lucky draws conducted every month.
  • Total worth of gifts offered shall be up to Rs. 500,000 per month.
  • Customer will be intimated beforehand about the respective lucky draws.
  • There will be no gender based discrimination for the lucky draw (males & females both can appear in the monthly draw).
  • Winner will be announced by the CMPak Ltd. after every month.
  • The lucky draw will be priority based i.e. The customers subscribing for the package more in a given month will be prioritized higher compared to customers subscribing to the package relatively less.
  • The winner will be contacted by call center 3 times until a response is received; after that a new lucky draw will be conducted and a new winner will be announced.
  • The winner will be announced on all public mediums including official website of CMPak Ltd. www.zong.com.pk/flutter
  • The gift will be collected by the winner from their respective nearest CSC.
  • The gift can be claimed by the winner from the respective CSC within 10 days of announcement.
  • A deed of Handover/Takeover will be signed by the CMPak Ltd. representative and the winner on the time of handing over every gift to respective winners.
  • Gifts will only be given to winners whose names and CNIC matches the name and CNIC on the winning number.
  • Next of KIN cannot collect gift from CSC's on behalf of the original customer.
  • Company holds the final authority and decision upon its own discretion regarding any changes during or after the lucky draw/Bundle.
  • CMPak Ltd. employees and their family members are not legible for this lucky draw.
  • CMPak Ltd. will ensure the prize delivery of a winner within 15 working days at the respective CSC.
  • Winner of a prize can claim for it in 7 days after its delivery to the respective CSC after which the winner will no more be legible for the prize.
