Zong Management Trainee Program

Zong offers excellent career opportunity for fresh graduates to head start their careers in the form of Zong Management Trainee Program. In MTP you get a chance to work in different functions of the company including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, HR etc. If you fulfill the following criteria and think that you have the potential to take on the exciting challenge, then Zong MTP is the best platform to start with.

• MBA in any decipline or Graduation in Engineering from a reputed institute
• Age limit 22-25 years
• GPA of 3 or above

Application procedure for Zong MTP is a very transparent process in which we hire directly from reputed institutes of the country. In this process candidates have to go through Assessment Centre, written test and panel interviews. Those who are selected in this process are hired as Management Trainee initially for Six Months. After successful completion of Six months, they will be given permanent positions depending on their skills set and learning during the MTP.
