Chine-Ease

Zong is proud to announce yet another promising package “Chine-Ease” and take lead once more by providing incredible international roaming call rates in addition to the already appreciated domestic ones. Chine-Ease will provide the service of One SIM Two Numbers; a ‘China Mobile’ number will be mapped against the customer’s Zong number for availing international roaming services in China at the cheapest rates, even less than half of China roaming tariff being offered by competition.

Subscribers will attain the benefit of two numbers while roaming in China. The China Mobile number will be their calling number while roaming within the Chine-Ease region and Zong number will become the calling number when the subscriber is in Pakistan or outside Chine-Ease region, incoming calls will be received on both China Mobile and Zong number all the time. The calling number will be switched automatically as per the registered network and location.

Does the existing SIM card need replacement, to get the package activated?

No, China Mobile number will be mapped against the customer’s existing Zong number and SIM remains unchanged

What are the pre-requisites for Chine-Ease?

To avail Chine-Ease, international roaming has to be activated.

Is there any security deposit for the package?

No, although the regular IR security deposit will remain in place.

Will China Mobile number remain activated while customer is in Pakistan?

Yes, it will be working as the secondary number and will be able to receive incoming calls.

Is the offer available to the entire customer base of Zong?

No, it is only available for post-paid customers.

How will the Chine-Ease package usage appear on the bill? 

The respective usage will appear in the international roaming section on the bill..
