Now ZONG also offers Unlimited SMS for one year with handset in the same price. PKR 3 will be deducted per day from the built-in balance of PKR 140 per month. The Unlimited SMS bundle will be unsubscribed if the balance drops below PKR 3 on any day. Subscribers choosing for Unlimited SMS package will be re-subscribed to Unlimited SMS after every 30 days.

Yes, PKR 75 worth of airtime will be available with ZONG SIM as in regular case. The validity of this airtime is 10 days.

What is meant by 12 month on-net airtime for PKR 1,680?
The built-in on-net airtime worth PKR 1,680 is only for ZONG to ZONG calls, selected ZONG Value Added Services, and local SMS to any network. Customer will get PKR 140 + tax worth of on-net airtime every month for 12 months. GST will be deducted from PKR 1,680 worth airtime to be disbursed on monthly basis.

If I choose Unlimited SMS package with handset offer, can I still use the built-in airtime of PKR 140 to make calls?
Yes, the built-in airtime of PKR 140 per month is at your discretion to be used. Only PKR 3 per day will automatically be deducted for customers who choose Unlimited SMS package. For example, if a customer has selected Unlimited SMS and has utilized the built-in balance by making on-net calls in 10 days then Unlimited SMS option will no longer be available for next 20 days unless recharged and subscribed again. The Unlimited SMS offer will automatically re-subscribed when next built-in balance is updated.

What should I do to make off-net and international calls/SMS?
By recharging account through ZONG scratch card or Mini Load the customer can make calls and SMS to any network in Pakistan and internationally. All value added services can also be used.

What if the built-in monthly airtime of PKR 140 + tax is finished?
Customer can keep on using ZONG mobile services after loading a scratch card or recharge through Mini Load even if the monthly airtime finishes.

What will happen to the un-used built-in airtime if it is not used within one month?
The un-used airtime will not carry forward to next month. For example if a customer uses PKR 110 worth of airtime till month end then remaining PKR 30 worth of airtime will be lost (confiscated).

What is meant my advance tax of PKR 168?
As per the tax law of Pakistan, 10% advance tax is deducted on total value of airtime. PKR 168 is advance tax on PKR 1,680 airtime.

From where can I purchase this handset deal from?
This handset deal is only available at ZONG Customer Service Centers, franchise centers, and selected retail shops across Pakistan.

Can the ZONG handset be used with any other SIM of any other mobile operator?
No this handset is only functional with ZONG SIM. Other mobile network SIM will not work on this handset.

Can the ZONG handset be used with any other ZONG SIM?
Yes this phone can be used with other ZONG SIMs as well

What are the warranty details for ZONG handset?
ZONG offers six (6) month warranty on the handset. This warranty does not cover battery, charger and any other accessory. Warranty can only be claimed from the customer service center it was purchased from. Handset warranty can only be claimed if the customer has original sales receipt, original warranty card, and handset box. Incase the customer is missing any of the above mentioned items the warranty shall not be claimed. Company has the right to perform detailed inspection of handset that needs to be replaced under warranty. The decision to replace/repair the handset solely lies with the company staff designated for inspection and return/repair of the handset by following guidelines provided by company management. Handset will only be replaced from the customer service center it was purchased from. There will be no warranty on replaced/repaired handsets. What If I get a damaged handset?
The customer must open and check the handset at the point of purchase in front of the company staff. The warranty card will only be stamped after the customer opens and checks the handset. Dead on arrival handsets will be replaced with 6 months warranty.

Can I switch packages on this ZONG Handset?
Yes, the customer can switch to any ZONG prepaid package. The customer can however not shift to any post-paid package

Can I use handset deal of PKR 1,680 built-in on-net airtime on my existing or new BYN ZONG SIM?
Yes, this deal can now be used on existing and BYN ZONG SIMs purchased.

What will happen after 12 months?
The customer will stop getting PKR 140 worth of monthly built-in on-net airtime and Unlimited SMS offer if subscribed. The customer can use the handset and the SIM after 12 months by recharging account as per regular procedure.
