Is this offer available for prepaid SIM?

Yes. SIM charges of Rs. 200 extra applies. Bundle will be activated on SIM activation

How will customer know that the offer has been activated?

Customer will receive confirmation text on subscribing the offer.

Can customers use offer resources for any other country?

No, the resources are only be consumed for USA, Canada, India & UK

Can customers subscribe again?

Yes, multiple subscriptions are allowed.

Are any of these bundles auto-recursive?

No, bundle is not auto-recursive

How to deactivate these bundles?

On expiry of bundle OR via CRM

Can customer use Conference call?

No

Will customer receive usage notification?

No, only on expiry or full consumption of resources.

If standard procedure will be used to check the remaining free resources (i.e *102#, CRM)?

Will customer need to deactivate the offer in order to activate it again or direct activation applies?

Yes, priority of monthly will be first.

At ZONG KIOSK available at venue of activity.

What will be out of bundle rate once On-net/offnet minutes + SMS or data consumed?

As per package plan

Can customer avail free SMS within Pakistan (all network)?

Yes, free SMS can only be used within Pakistan (all network). However, Rs. 6+tax/SMS will be charged for international SMS.
