At just 18 years old, Qunoot Mustafa is the driving force behind QnE, a flourishing jewelry business. Currently pursuing her pre-medical studies in college, Qunoot's journey into entrepreneurship began at the early age of 6 when her fascination with jewelry-making and crafting ignited under the guidance of her mother. Fond memories of receiving beading kits and thrifted beads from her mother sparked a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, unique, and trendy pieces.
In 2021, amidst the closures brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, Qunoot decided to channel her creative talents into a business venture. Determined to showcase her distinctive style and offer customers accessories they could proudly flaunt, she launched QnE. Three years later, Qunoot reflects on her journey with gratitude, acknowledging the support and blessings that have propelled her forward.
Despite facing initial resistance from her family, who have always placed emphasis on her academics, Qunoot remained steadfast in her determination to pursue her passion for entrepreneurship. Balancing her studies with her business endeavors, she dedicated specific times for crafting and processing orders. With the assistance of her cousin, who serves as her trusted assistant, Qunoot effectively manages the demands of her growing business while excelling academically.
A pivotal moment in Qunoot's journey occurred when she was invited to showcase her creations at Karachi Grammar School, a prestigious institution. The overwhelming support from attendees, many of whom were repeat customers, reaffirmed the impact of her work and fueled her sense of gratitude.
