A. Zong Notify Me service allows you to know the availability of any number, which was previously switched off or out of coverage
Q. Do I need a special SIM or phone to subscribe to this service?
A. No. You do not need any special SIM or phone to subscribe to the Zong Notify Me service. This service can work on any standard mobile or smart phone.
Q. How can I subscribe to Zong Notify Me?
A. You can easily subscribe to this service by sending Sub to 6125 or by dialing *6125#
Q. Who can subscribe to the Zong Notify Me service?
A. All Zong Prepaid and postpaid customers can subscribe to the Zong Notify Me service.
Q. How will I be notified about the status of my desired number?
A. You will receive a message on your mobile when the desired number is switched on or is within the coverage area again.
Q. What will be the format of Notification?
A. Message of Zong Notify Me will come from a NotifyMe short code. It will contain the Called party number, total number of calls made and date of calls. Sample Message: Ap ne 923072015937 pe 2 bar 1 Jan 2024 ko call ki thi, Ye no. ab network pr mojud hai.
Q. Is this service applicable on all networks?
A. No, it is only applicable on prepaid and postpaid Zong Numbers. Notify Me notifications will not be sent in case the called party is on other network
